We currently have 4 colleges (Education, Humanities, Science, and Management) and 17 departments. We are a teaching-oriented university dedicated to innovating for sustainability and taking smart learning as the core. Aside from teacher education, NTCU has plenty of specialty courses excelling at different fields. Our ratio of teacher training and non-teacher training students is 5:5, which provides students with multiple possibilities and opportunities.
Our main goal is not only to nurture cross-disciplinary talents by providing a variety of courses, but also to enhance their abilities and hence to build innovative teacher education. Additionally, we have promoted the idea of smart campus and integrated cross-disciplinary information so as to emphasize the importance of academic resilience and build a smart learning environment. With these efforts, NTCU aspires to be the university that utilizes technological innovation of education as well as digital awareness.
