The 8th Chinese Language Teaching Forum Successfully Held at NTCU
The Department of Language and Literacy Education of NTCU held the 8th Chinese Language Teaching Forum on August 24, 2026. The forum brought together scholars and experts from across Taiwan who are dedicated to issues related to Chinese language education, providing an opportunity for academic exchange.
The forum covered a wide range of topics, including Chinese language education policies, curriculum and instructional design, teaching material development, listening, speaking, reading and writing instruction, and assessment. Discussions also extended to classics-based education, children’s poetry, grammar and writing, early childhood language development, inclusive education, and Chinese language courses in international schools. By integrating theory with practice, the forum showcased diverse research achievements in language education.
