The Key to Success --- Entrepreneur Workshop in NTCU
The Department of Language and Literacy Education, NTCU, held a successful entrepreneur lecture at the Qiuzhen Building Concert Hall from 15:30 to 17:30 on March 4, 2025. They invited Mr. Zhong Chongyi, the CEO of Troy Technology Corporation, to give a speech. The topic is: "Surpassing ourselves, broadening our horizons, and developing a perfect career and life plan."
Mr. Zhong, a former IBM employee, shared his experience of starting a business - how to surpass yourself and move forward to globalization. It encourages students not only to learn the knowledge in class but also to get more certificates to make their resumes stand out.
The CEO also concluded the key to success First, develop world-class competitiveness and technique. Second, cultivate a correct international perspective and expand your network worldwide. Third, family comes first. Health and career are equally important. Last, be brave to pursue your dream, strive for the career you have passion for, and learn happily!
In the end of the workshop, Mr. Zhong shared his definition of success:
1. Have a happy family and enjoy yourself!
2. Live healthily and have a happy journey forward!
3. Devote yourself to the career you like and never get tired!
4. This is the best life motto for the students!
