The Ninth Session of Jixue Lecture Series of the Department of Language and Literacy Education of NTCU invited Professor Shu-Chen Huang as the guest speaker and it was successfully completed

On November 19th, the Department of Language and Literacy Education of our school specially invited Professor Shu-Chen Huang, professor and director of the General Education Center of Asia University, to give the ninth lecture of the Jixue Lecture Series, titled "The Charm of Time’s Pulse – One of the Strategies for Successful Adaptation of Literature into Film and Television Works" one". In this Lecture ,Professor Huang introduced us films adapted from novels, using this as a starting point to bring out professional theories and viewpoints. There is a lot of knowledge involved in film adaptation. It is not just about copying the plot of the novel, but it needs to be based on the audience, time, and narrative flow. These insights were highly beneficial to us.

We were honored to invite Professor Shu-Chen Huang to this Jixue Lecture. Professor Huang used the essence of his own knowledge to take us through the world of films and novels, and see different aspects of the story, making people immersed in it. The happy time is always short, and aspects, these have benefited us a lot. I hope Profesor Shu-Chen Huang will give us more proffesinal insights in future sessions.
