On May 30, 2023, Professor Ana Maria De Diego Laguera, University of Valladolid, Spain visited the IMBA department. In addition to interacting with the faculty members including the director Prof. Yang, Prof. Chang and Prof. Lo, she also gave a special lecture on “Cross-Cultural Management: Managing Diversity with Team Coaching” to the IMBA students. Discussed the importance of cross-cultural management and how to effectively manage diversity through teams. Professor Laguera shared her experience and insights, providing practical strategies and tips.
